When Teia is offered opportunities to suggest artists for curation, a team should be formed from the Culture and Equity volunteers and other relevant people to create a working group to shortlist and suggest potential candidates.
It is envisioned that this group would rotate/change members each curation or event, to allow for diversity of opinions and offer the opportunity to more Teians.

Anyone in the Teia community can volunteer to join the Culture and Equity committee/team and suggest exhibition or showcase opportunities. When an opportunity is offered to Teia, the team will make a decision on a team who will lead the curation.
Preference is for having multi-person curation teams of 2-5 members, with efforts to follow the diversity guideline minimums when possible. This idea does not exclude possible single person non-equity curations when based around a theme, medium or region.
